Leon’s first professional role was at the age of 12 in the film REVOLUTION with Al Pacino, film & tv credits since then include: HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF AZKABAN, WILDE playing ‘Philip’, NOTTING HILL, EASTENDERS, CHUCKLEVISION, SPOOKS and THE OFFICE. Leon was a regular character on the JOHNNY VAUGHAN SHOW and DICK N DOM IN DA BUNGELOW.
Theatre includes: A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM as ‘Bottom’, PETER PAN and ALL MY SON’S, and BILL’S NEW FROCK for Salamander Theatre. Apart from performing and working with children, Leon’s other great love is comedy and he co-wrote and produced BACKGROUND ACTION a comedy short film, RENEGADE AIRWAYS a radio pilot produced by 6 Music’s Iyare, and he has just finished SWEEPSTAKES, his first sit-com.
Adrian received a BA (Hons) in Performing Arts Management from Leicester Polytechnic and is a Founding Member and the Producer of StopWatch Theatre Company, a national touring Theatre-in-Education company that has performed from Cornwall to the Shetland Islands. He has written and performed in educational plays and workshops on a multitude of topics in schools across the UK. He is also co-director of the Hampshire office of Bigfoot Arts Education. He is delighted to be part of the Wizard team, bringing his 25 years of educational drama experience into their Pupil Premium programmes.
Adrian trained at the Guildford School of Acting and has worked for Wizard Theatre for many years, devising and writing as well as performing. Adrian has worked for a number of children’s theatre companies, including Quantum Theatre for Science. Theatre roles include: ‘Feste’ in TWELTH NIGHT, ‘Jacques’ in AS YOU LIKE IT and ‘Mr Darcy’ in PRIDE & PREDJUDICE. TV credits: SPOOKS, THE BILL and DEAD RINGERS. Adrian was a regular member of the multi award winning open air theatre company Illyria. Ady has just gained a first class degree and is a year away from becoming a fully trained teacher. He is currently based at one of Wizard Theatre’s regular schools Anson Primary in Brent as a teaching assistant. His latest appointment for Wizard was as our fight director for ROBIN HOOD.
Angela trained at The Centre, Performing Arts College and Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.

Angela is a regular choreographer and dance teacher and is currently playing 'Dashi' in a Number One tour of THE OCTANOUGHTS. For Wizard's she played 'Mole' in our 2013 winter show THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS.
Alastair trained at Bretton Hall. Since graduating 15 years ago Alastair has worked extensively in theatre touring the world from Singapore to Stockton in productions ranging from Shakespeare to family theatre. Theatre credits include THE BORROWERS at the Mac, SPACEHOPPERS for Tell Tale Hearts, THE TWITS, BABE THE SHEEP PIG, TWELTH NIGHT for Illyria and THE SNOW DRAGON for Tall Stories.
Alastair is also passionate about working in education and has spent time working as a classroom support in various settings. Alastair first joined Wizard on their 2014 tour of the Choices workshop.
Ashley began his career at a very young age at London's National Olivier Theatre, he then starred as school heart-throb 'Rick' in BUS LIFE for The Disney channel.
In more recent years, Ashley has appeared in the Guinness World Record longest running comedy show NEWSREVUE at The Canal Cafe Theatre, as well a national tour of ALICE IN WONDERLAND - THE MUSICAL. He is currently playing 'Smee' in PETER PAN at The Kenton Theatre, Henley. Last year he was in Leicester, when he was the evil 'Fleshcreep' in JACK AND THE BEANSTALK.
His Wizard Theatre involvement began back in 2011 in THE RELUCTANT DRAGON as 'The Boy' - a show he will always have fond memories of - not least due to that amazingly life-like Dragon!
Chris has worked as a puppet builder, set maker and production designer for a wealth of companies. For Wizard theatre he designed and made the dragon puppet for THE RELUCTANT DRAGON and designed and built the sets for ALI BABA, THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS and ROBIN HOOD. Chris has worked extensively with Illyria Theatre company, designing and building props, puppets and sets for a number of their productions including JAMES AND THE GIANT PEACH, PIRATES OF PENZANCE, BABE THE SHEEP-PIG and GEORGES MARVELLOUS MEDICINE.
Other companies Chris has worked for include the Darryl Worbey Studios, the Oxford Playhouse, Forest Forge and The New Theatre Royals Productions of Treasure Island and Alice in Wonderland.
Chris studied Drama & Theatre Studies at Royal Holloway University and the London Centre for Theatre Studies (The Actors' Company). He has appeared twice at the English Theatre of Hamburg, playing Darren in Terence Frisby's "FUNNY ABOUT LOVE" and Kent in Neil LaBute's "REASONS TO BE PRETTY". Chris has played Chester the Jester in "SLEEPING BEAUTY" and Buttons in "CINDERELLA" for New Pantomime Productions, he has also played the Beast in "BEAUTY AND THE BEAST" and King Louie in "TALES FROM THE JUNGLE BOOK" for Bluestar Productions. Chris has appeared in commercials for Coca-Cola, Natwest, RBS and Exxon Mobil and his first feature film, the independent horror "SCRAWL", is due for release in 2015. Chris taught drama for 4 years at Chigwell School in Essex and is also a keen writer and has written several plays and a novel for young adults. For Wizard Theatre, Chris has appeared in "ON THE RIGHT ROAD", our road safety play.
Christopher obtained a degree in English and Drama from the University of East Anglia. Theatre work includes, 'Rory' in SLEEPING BEAUTY, 'Walton' and 'Henry' in FRANKENSTEIN for Palketto Stage, Italy, 'Lord Wyndam' in JUBILEE at the Tabard Theatre and also 'Friar Lawrence' in C Theatre's SHAKESPEARE FOR BREAKFAST. Christopher has a keen interest in puppetry and was part of the national tour of Backhand Theatre's GREEK MYTHS FOR KIDS and THE VELVETEEN RABBIT, he played the role of the 'Psammead' in Tea Break Theatre's FIVE CHILDREN AND IT and works extensively with Flabbergast Theatre's, BORIS AND SERGEY. Christopher has also worked very closely with Stopwatch Theatre, performing in a variety of issue based plays in schools across the country.
Chris is currently teaching drama at Stagecoach Harrow and for Wizard Theatre played 'Toad' in our 2013 winter show THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS.
Chris is currently working as a freelance sound engineer. Recent Sound No1 credits include 'Betty Blue Eyes' National Tour, 'Propaganda Swing' at The Belgrade Theatre Coventry and Nottingham Playhouse and 'Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs' at The Richmond Theatre London. He was previously Head of Sound at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, where he lectured in the art and practicalities of sound design for both theatre and film.
He also works as a freelance web designer and is currently pulling his remaining hair out whilst trying to learn iOS app building.
Chris was also the voice of ‘Bernard’ the shark in our production of PINOCCHIO!!!
Dean has worked for Wizard Theatre for 6 years delivering one of our key projects, the ‘Choices’ Drug Awareness Workshop. He has worked on a number of theatre programmes, devising and leading workshops for various age groups including nursery. In 2005 he pioneered a community drama project with the homeless. He played ‘Alan’ in PERFECTION and appeared in productions of CLOUD NINE, HEDDA GABLER, LOOT, and MEASURE FOR MEASURE. Dean regularly lectures in BTEC performing arts for 16-20 year olds and at Christmas performs as an ‘Ugly Sister’ in Panto for Paul Holman Associates.
Dee Trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama, London, with an MA in Applied Theatre. She has worked as a freelance theatre practitioner for the last 9 years both nationally and internationally in a range of diverse community and cultural contexts. As an Actor she has performed with the Theatre Company Blah Blah Blah, Leeds, Language Alive, Birmingham and her range of professional practice (Half Moon Young People's Theatre, London; Hampstead Theatre, London;ArtsDepot, London;) has allowed her to plan, deliver, evaluate and reflect on participatory theatre/drama/performance processes that promote creativity, cultural and community connection. Dee has been involved in a number of projects for Wizard Theatre, she helped devise the pilot for a Key Stage 3 ‘Street Crime’ workshop and regularly ran drama sessions at the Church End project in Neasden.
She is currently taking a break from work and is living in Australia for a couple of years.
Dominique trained originally with The Actors' Company and subsequently in The Meisner Technique with Scott Williams at The Impulse Company. She works as an Actress and Director and has been a Drama Facilitator and Acting Coach since 2003. Acting credits include Puck in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM (Roar Theatre), Agnes in DANCING AT LUGHNASA (Impulse), Charlotte in YELLOWING (Theatre 503), Molly in THE WOMENS' WAR (Finborough) and Velma in I CAN GET IT FOR YOU WHOLESALE (Arcola). Directing credits include BREATHING CORPSES (Rose and Crown), SID'S SHOW (National tour), SLEEPING DOGS (Barons Court), DICK WHITTINGTON (Harrow Arts Centre). She also runs Endpaper Theatre, dedicated to creating new plays inspired by literature, including GRAVE EXPECTATIONS, LOOKING AFTER THE POOTERS and she is currently developing A KNIFE IN THE WHALE about Virginia Woolf. For Wizard Theatre she has facilitated 'CHOICES' and runs the hugely successful Pupil Premium Project, helping improve children's speaking and listening skills and developing imagination through drama.
Edward trained at The Actors' Company (London Centre for Theatre Studies). Credits in the theatre include: Yepikhodov in Kolective Theatre's CHERRY ORCHARD (The Lowry, Salford; and on tour in Serbia and Iran), Colonel Calverley in PATIENCE (Union Theatre, London); ensemble in Regan DeWynter's PIRATES OF PENZANCE (Australia tour); and Albany in Shared Intent's KING LEAR (Beacon Centre, Beaconsfield). For the last few summers he has toured with Illyria Theatre company, playing Major General Stanley in PIRATES OF PENZANCE, Sir Joseph Porter in HMS PINAFORE, Ko-Ko in THE MIKADO, the Lord Chancellor in IOLANTHE and Robin Oakapple in RUDDIGORE.
In addition, he is called in periodically to help out with workshops and the occasional bit of stage combat choreography for The Sinodun Players in his home town of Wallingford.
Ed's first appearance for Wizard Theatre is as the title role in THE EMPEROR'S NEW CLOTHES.
Emmy is Principal of Stagecoach Harrow where she runs 6 schools with 170+ pupils during term time!!!
Trained at Hull University, Emmy’s theatre credits include: ‘Mrs Bennett’ in PRIDE & PREDJUDICE, ‘Titania’ in A MIDSUMMER NIGHTS DREAM and ‘Lady Macbeth’ in MACBETH. Television appearances include HOLBY CITY, EASTENDERS, THE BILL and for a brief period a couple of SURF commercials as Linda Robson’s hands!!! She was ASM on THE BLUE ROOM directed by Sam Mendes starring Nicole Kidman.
For Wizard she designed the first 5 sets for our winter shows and numerous props and costumes for the message based workshops and productions. As associate producer she helps with the day to day duties of running the company - in her spare time!
After training at Saint Martin's in London, Frazer went on to provide editorial illustrations for many clients including The Guardian, ES Magazine, Reader's Digest, She and Vogue.
His association with Illyria as poster designer has spanned two decades and beyond.
Born on the same day as Wassily Kandinsky and Ronnie Corbett, the pair's influence is obvious on his work!!!
Graham trained at Nuneaton College of Art and Exeter University and is a retired art and geography teacher. Production sets include-BABES IN THE WOOD, THE WIZARD OF OZ, OLIVER, THE RAGGED CHILD, TREASURE ISLAND, THE PLOTTERS OF CABBAGE PATCH CORNER, THE TEMPEST, and THE TALISMAN OF SCARLE. His other work includes: Art Director for the short film“Background Action” premiered at the NFT in London, specialist art commissions for Shropshire County Council & The Ironbridge Gorge Trust, illustrations for 2 children’s books, author of two musicals and properties & art assistant to Wizard Theatre! His most recent commission was a 10 meter long scenic mural for a railway exhibition of Barmouth Bridge in mid Wales.
Hannah obtained a degree in Psychology at The University of Kent, before training with The Questors Theatre and the acting coach Leigh Kilton Smith. She currently works as an Actress and has been a Drama Facilitator and Acting Coach since 2011. Acting credits include Lady Macduff in MACBETH (Questors Theatre), Sarah in DATE NIGHT (Empty Theatre), Rose in DOORS (Sky TV), Maria in UNALIGNED (All Dressed Up With You) and Jane in ABSURD PERSON SINGULAR (Questors Theatre). For Wizard Theatre she is one of the original team facilitators for the hugely successful Pupil Premium Project.
Helen is Co-Principal of Drama Studio London. She began her career as a dancer and has since worked all over the world as an actor, director, teacher and physical theatre performer. Her training includes: The London School of Contemporary Dance, The Actors Institute, Desmond Jones School of Mime and Physical Theatre, Theatre de Complicite, Little Angel Puppet theatre and Shared Experience. Her directing includes work for the Belgrade Theatre, Oxford Playhouse, Creation Theatre Company and Shakespeare's Globe.
She is a LAMDA LLAM Hons. and regularly teaches for Stagecoach, Thames Valley University and Drama Studio London. She has run numerous workshops for the Old Vic including audition technique with Kevin Spacey.
Outreach work includes leading drama projects in prisons, working with young people at risk, young refugees, people with disabilities, using drama to build confidence for people suffering from mental health issues and leading a mime project on health issues with Aboriginal children in the Australian outback. She was the resident Drama co-coordinator for Wizard Theatre at the Church End project in Neasden, until it finished in 2011 and now works on the Pupil Premium Project in between her numerous other engagements.
Iain has a First class drama degree and as an actor his work includes plays at The Royal Court, Young Vic, The Royal Exchange Manchester, The Arts Theatre, Liverpool Playhouse, The Library Theatre Manchester, Salisbury Playhouse, Hull Truck and Bolton Octagon. He spent two years making theatre for young people as a company member of the Unicorn Theatre. He was nominated for Best Actor in the Manchester Theatre Awards for EARLY ONE MORNING His TV work includes A RATHER ENGLISH MARRIAGE, A CHRISTMAS CAROL, CORONATION STREET, DOCTORS AND THE BILL.
As a director Iain’s work includes BIRDY and FOOL'S PARADISE at the Battersea Arts Centre and Edinburgh Festival, and PUSH UP at the Rosemary Branch Theatre, he has directed HAPPY NEVER AFTER and HACKTIVISTS for the NT Connections Festival.
Iain is an Associate Artist of the Shakespeare Schools Festival and for Wizard Theatre he delivers the Pupil Premium Project.
Jay trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. Since graduating, Theatre work includes MAMMA MIA, LES MISERABLES, BLOOD BROTHERS, ANNIE and OLIVER!. He is currently performing in MOTOWN: THE MUSICAL, which is playing at the Shaftesbury Theatre, London. Other work includes LES MISERABLES: 25th ANNIVERSARY CONCERT at the O2 ARENA, vocalist for the 2012 Feature Film of LES MISERABLES, featuring on the Live Cast Recording of OLIVER! and performing on BRITAIN'S GOT TALENT as a Special Guest Act with MOTOWN: THE MUSICAL. Alongside other teaching commitments, Jay also runs an annual Musical Theatre Performance Summer School back in his hometown in Cornwall, called WEST END TO SOUTHWEST, which gives young people in Cornwall the opportunity to work with Musical Theatre Tutors and Professionals, without having to make the expense of travelling to London. He is a regular teacher for Stagecoach and for Wizard Theatre he is an important part of our Pupil Premium Team.
Jenny trained at The Arts Educational School graduating with a BA Hons in Musical Theatre. Theatre credits include SNOW WHITE at The Festival Theatre in Malvern and FLY WITH THE STARS at the London Palladium, West End.
As a dancer Jenny has appeared in ORPHEUS AND EURIDICE at The Riverside Studios and KOMM SUSSER TODD at The Barbican.
Christmas shows include WINTER WONDERLAND, PETER PAN and DICK WHITTINGTON. Tours include THE SOUNDS OF THE MUSICALS, JUBILEE SPECTACULAR and THE BUNSEN TOWERS MYSTERY for Kinetic Theatre Company. Jenny has enjoyed two tours with Illyria, having played 'Babe' in BABE THE SHEEP PIG and, most recently, 'Lucian' in THE SORCERER'S APPRENTICE.
She played the title role in Wizard Theatre's 2015 production of PINOCCHIO!
Jennifer trained at The Oxford School of Drama.

Jeremy trained at the National Youth Theatre and Mountview Theatre School. He was a member of the groundbreaking ‘Chicken Shed Theatre Company’ and his credits include: ‘Prince Edward’ in I.T.V, s FALL OF THE HOUSE OF WINDSOR, PHOENIX BLUE (Little Bird Films) and many stage productions stretching from devised physical theatre through to educational work. Jeremy is also a singer /songwriter and recording artist. He has released a single for Sony Records with his band WIDESCREEN. His music and voice have been featured in film, radio and TV commercials and he regularly collaborates with French folk/rock band ARCANES.
Jeremy first worked for Wizard in 2009 and has appeared in 5 of our winter shows, most recently as ‘Geppetto' in PINOCCHIO. He regularly delivers CHOICES and STAYING SAFE our Year 6 workshops and recently began performing OUCH! as only the 4th person in 25 years to play the role.
He spent this summer in the West End performing in 'The Gruffalo' for Tall Stories.
John originally trained as a teacher before finishing a Post Grad course at Drama Studio London. He then trod the boards across the country and beyond in a career spanning almost 20 years. He established himself as one of the leading Panto ‘dames’ in the country working with the likes of Sherrie Hewson, Shaun Williamson and Lionel Blair. He facilitated both our Drug and Crime awareness workshops for several years which rekindled his love of working with young people. He is now a full-time teacher at one of Wizard’s regular schools; Anson Primary School, enjoying all the benefits a life on the road can’t give you!
Lizzy trained at Cygnet Training Theatre (CDS) in Exeter. Her Theatre credits include; HEDDA GABLER at the Orange Tree, ‘Kate’ in TAMING OF THE SHREW at the Queens Film Theatre Belfast, THE LIGHTHOUSE KEEPERS LUNCH for The Pied Piper Theatre Company, THE ANNIVERSARY for Creative Cow Company and ‘Lady Wishfort’ in THE WAY OF THE WORLD at the Bridewell Theatre. She has worked extensively for Illyria and performed as: ‘Mistress Page in THE MERRY WIVES OF WINDSOR, ‘Puck’in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM and ‘Aunt Sponge’ in JAMES AND THE GIANT PEACH. She was ‘Mole’ in Wizard’s production of THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS.
Originally from Guernsey and now living in Croatia, Marcus trained in Drama and Archaeology at Birmingham university. His numerous theatre credits include: ‘Prospero’ in THE TEMPEST, ‘Mercutio’ in ROMEO & JULIET and BUDDY in the West End and on tour. With the National Theatre he played ‘Asaf’ in WICKED YAAR! As a freelance director he directed ALI BABA AND THE 40 THIEVES and keeping with that theme finished a long season performing for the RSC in ARABIAN NIGHTS in 2012.
For Wizard Theatre, Marcus facilitated the Wembley Youth Project ‘Parents against Drugs’ co-wrote the show and workshop ‘ON THE RIGHT ROAD’ and being a talented photographer with his own studio we often manage to persuade him to take some pics too!!!
Mark has appeared in the West End in OKLAHOMA, MR CINDERS, 'ME AND MY GIRL and BLOOD BROTHERS. On Broadway, he won the drama desk award for his performance as Eddie in BLOOD BROTHERS. Regional work includes; GYPSY, THE BOYFRIEND, THE GIRLFRIEND and WEST SIDE STORY. Fringe work includes; PIPPIN, A TALENT TO AMUSE, IS THERE LIFE AFTER HIGH SCHOOL? and COMPANY. He has performed his one man show at Lauderdale House and Jermyn Street Theatre. He has directed ME AND MY GIRL and THE BOYFRIEND for the youth summer school at the Key Theatre, Peterborough. He has taught drama at Stagecoach Harrow and lives locally in Edgware.
Mark was invited back by producer Bill Kenwright for the final few weeks of BLOOD BROTHERS before it closed in the west end in 2013 and then on tour for most of 2014.
Matthew studied at St John's University York, before going on to train in physical theatre at Liverpool. He has toured nationally and internationally performing this year in France and Holland as well as almost every inch of the UK. Theatre credits including the Unity Theatre Liverpool and the Library Theatre Manchester. He has worked for Contact Theatre, Distraction Theatre Company and the Manchester Actors Company playing 'George' in their production OF MICE AND MEN. For the last 3 years he has appeared for Illyria in their production of THE TWITS, BABE: THE SHEEP PIG and as 'Banquo/Porter' in MACBETH.
For Wizard Matt played the title role in our 2014 production of ROBIN HOOD.
Miranda trained at Bretton Hall and in Musical Theatre at Guildford School of Acting. Since graduating she has performed in a wide range of productions including: the long-running sketch show NEWSREVUE at the Canal Cafe Theatre, as a singer in the world famous THURSFORD CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR and recently appearing at the Edinburgh Festival with her stand up show.
As a director she has worked on LITTLE WOMEN at the Compass Theatre, GODSPELL at the Wakefield Theatre Royal and YOU'RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN. Miranda has taught for many children's theatre companies and youth theatres, and particularly for Stagecoach Amersham where she has taught drama, coached LAMDA exams and run children's parties for almost 6 years.
For Wizard Theatre Miranda has both facilitated 'Choices' and the Pupil Premium Project.
Naomi trained at East 15. Previous to this she studied English Language and Theatre Arts at the University of Birmingham.
Previous theatre experience includes OUT OF THE BOX, TALE TRAIL TO 101DALMATIONS and HAPPY RETURNS for the New Vic Education Department; LIFEBOAT for Catherine Wheels Theatre Company, TROLLS for Theatre 503 and THE CRUCIBLE at the Regent's Park Open Air Theatre. Radio work includes: THE ADVENTURES OF ISAAC SADDLESORE and THE WITCHES OF DRENN for Micawber Theatre Company and THE SECRET GARDEN for London Contemporary Theatre. Naomi voiced the character 'Wander' in the animation KINE AND THE BLOOD FURY and works regularly in the world of voiceover.
For Wizard Naomi is part of the PUPIL PREMIUM PROJECT Team.
Neville is the proprietor of Stella Six public relations agency. Having trained with a background in education marketing, he was the marketing manager at The Learning & Skills Council Shropshire and a member of the marketing team at Shropshire Chamber of Commerce, winning a PR Week award for his work with successfully promoting modern apprenticeships to young people. In his spare time, he has taken a number of roles with Shropshire Drama Company, as well as carrying out the organisation’s PR.
Oliver is Artistic Director of the international award winning theatre company Illyria which is 24 years old this year! He has directed and co-produced the last 8 winter shows for Wizard. Trained at ALRA, he has appeared on TV and Stage including the West End. Credits include THE BFG, A MIDSUMMER NIGHTS DREAM, AS YOU LIKE IT, and even a ‘Dalek’ in DR WHO.
A veteran Pantomime performer, Oliver regularly appears as an 'Ugly Sister' in CINDERELLA, most recently at the Pomegranate Theatre, Chesterfield. He is also appearing in a national television ad campaign for smoke alarms, which involved him filming underwater for long periods in the diving tank at Pinewood Studios!
Rob trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama and since then has worked for a number of theatre companies including Illyria Theatre Co, Pied Piper Theatre Co, Tell Tale Hearts, TNT and Northern Broadsides. He has toured all over the UK, The Netherlands, Geneva and Germany to a variety of venues and has also recorded two CDs for Mikron Theatre Co, the only theatre company to tour by narrowboat! He lives on his own narrowboat up north and has performed twice (actually probably about 170 times) for Wizard Theatre in THE EMPEROR'S NEW CLOTHES and THE RELUCTANT DRAGON.
Ruth trained at East 15 Acting School. Theatre Credits include: 'Nurse' in ROMEO AND JULIET for TNT Theatre and 'Azdak' in THE CAUCASIAN CHALK CIRCLE. She has toured extensively throughout the UK and abroad for Illyria, Roll with it Productions and aboard a canal boat with the famous Mikron Theatre.
Ruth has also had the honour to play 'Princess Ruby' in THE EMPEROR'S NEW CLOTHES and 'St George' in THE RELUCTANT DRAGON for Wizard Theatre.
Stephen studied zoology at Cardiff University before a life in theatre beckoned. He was artistic director at Wigan Pier and Salamander Theatre and was a selector and workshop leader for the National Student Drama Festival for many years. He has written and adapted numerous plays for children including ‘OUCH!’ With Leon he co-wrote and facilitated the first few tours of both the ‘CHOICES’ and ‘CSP’ workshops and now lives just outside Barcelona where people from all round the world flock to his popular bird watching tours!
Theresa trained at ALRA. Her theatre credits include ‘Belle’ in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, ‘Juliet’ in ROMEO & JULIET and ‘Constance’ in THE THREE MUSKETEERS. She played ‘Trixi Ryder, in BBC 2s ORRIBLE. Theresa has facilitated, devised workshops and taught young people for many years with companies such as Shakespeare4Kidz, Freshwater and Perform. She has worked as a facilitator and director for the Shakespeare Schools Festival for the last 9 years including the BBC One Night of Shakespeare project. When not acting Theresa enjoys practising her pink saxophone!
For Wizard Theatre she played ‘Morgiana’ in ALI BABA & THE FORTY THIEVES and has facilitated the CHOICES project.
Veronica graduated from Cambridge Performing Arts in 2006 with the 'Choreography Award'.
As a professional actress she has worked in theatre and film in many different productions, as well as developing specialist skills in stage combat. Veronica completed her stage combat training with RC-Annie Ltd, and has since represented them in feature films, street theatre and festivals. As a dance choreographer Veronica has created work for commercials, fringe productions and short films, including the BAFTA nominated 'Connect'. Veronica's continuous professional development sees her working her craft at the Melbourne Acting Studio - London, over the last year she has worked as assistant director between professional engagements.
For Wizard Veronica played 'Maid Marion' in our 2014 production of ROBIN HOOD.
William trained at Webber Douglas and has worked for Wizard Theatre for many years. His directing credits include MACBETH for Illyria and as an actor performing in THE MYSTERY PLAYS at Coventry, THE GOLDEN GOOSE at the Library Theatre, Manchester, THE TINDER BOX at The Gardener Arts Centre, Brighton and The New Vic, Stafford in THE WIZARD OF OZ. William has worked for numerous children’s theatre companies including Gwent Theatre, Image and Quicksilver Theatre for Children.
For Wizard William has facilitated our STAYING SAFE Project for many years and played ‘Baba Mustapha’ & ‘Ali Baba’ in our production of ALI BABA & THE FORTY THIEVES.
