The Emperor's New Clothes

*** NOW BOOKING FOR AUTUMN/ CHRISTMAS 2024 *** Hans Christian Anderson’s classic story about a hapless Emperor and a suit of clothes so fine that only intelligent people can see them is one of the greatest - and funniest - cautionary tales of all time. A family show targeted at Key Stage One and Two.

I Love You, Mum - I Promise I Won't Die

Our popular hard-hitting GCSE EDUQAS Syllabus play by renown playwright Mark Wheeller, tells the story of Daniel Spargo-Mabbs who tragically lost his life to MDMA. Told in the actual words of his family and friends, this 45- minute verbatim play has been seen by thousands of young people. Following the play the accompanying 30- minute workshop explores the facts about illegal drugs and young people’s attitude towards them. This project is aimed at Years 9 to 13.

The Power of Drama

One of our most popular projects, the Power of Drama is loved widely for its ability to improve children’s self-esteem and confidence, having a notable positive influence in the classroom on both their academic and social development. This project typically runs for 6-weeks, for one-day per week.

What our clients have to say…

The content, performance and organisation had the right balance of empathy and education – which is rare. It was awesome.

City of Westminster College, Paddington

Fantastic performance from the group and excellent workshop with real depth and educating questions throughout. It is such an amazing factual piece that just makes you stop and listen.

Darrickwood School, Orpington,Kent

I thoroughly recommend this 6 week course. The targeted children began fairly quietly and the aim was to develop their self- confidence through speaking and listening skills and activities. This was certainly achieved and the outcomes were excellent. I was amazed by their end of course presentations and their progress has been carried into the classroom and other areas of school life. We have seen a real improvement in their confidence and achievements. All of our work with 'Wizard Theatre' is of a high quality and I am always very impressed by the tutors/actors that they provide.

David O'Farrell (Headteacher at St Bernadette's Catholic Primary School, Harrow)

Excellent as always! A session that always challenges some of the preconceptions Year 6 pupils have!

Donnington Primary School

Fun and educational! Talking to strangers segment particularly well dealt with. Flexible enough to take their responses into consideration and got the relevant message across in a very entertaining way.

Mayfield Primary School

I really look forward to the Wizard workshops. They just make me giggle! I love how the children belly-giggle while learning about potential life decisions in their future. Many members of staff have seen this workshop and always describe it with a smile. What a talented bunch of people!

St Mary Magdalen's Junior School

Absolutely brilliant! – Cleverly done & scripted! Not only loved by the children but thoroughly enjoyed by the staff as well.
